Not only has God allowed you a wonderful opportunity to attend the ESPY event, but he allowed you to exist in my space as my trainer. In the short time you have worked with me, I have become motivated to push myself a lot harder and feel great after my workouts. When I look into the mirror, I see the end result, although, I am not there yet. I have learned how to breathe, maintain proper form and have become more physically flexible. When I walk into a room not only do I feel good, but I notice heads still turn. At 57 years old, I am working on being in better shape than I was in at 40 years old and believe me, it is becoming a reality! Thank you Michael!
